Why This Matters
Munger's central contribution to value investing was the concept of the "wonderful company" — one so structurally superior that it could be held for decades without requiring a sale. But "wonderful" is a qualitative judgment that varies with the observer's mood and recent price performance. This scorecard operationalises Munger's four dimensions — moat, management, financial quality, and growth runway — into a consistent, repeatable 0–20 rating that determines the intrinsic value premium and position sizing to apply.
