Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription or report on Investor Codex. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

Investor Codex offers monthly subscription plans (Practitioner and Advanced). All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. There are no annual plans at this time.

2. No Refunds on Subscription Payments

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period, whether the subscription is cancelled mid-cycle or for any other reason. This policy applies to all plans — Practitioner and Advanced.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under My Dashboard → Manage Subscription, or by writing to us at investorcodex@gmail.com. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment period.

4. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You will retain full access to all content included in your plan until that date. Once the cycle ends, your account will revert to the free tier and access to paid content will be removed.

5. Report Purchases

Individual report purchases are non-refundable once the PDF has been accessed or downloaded. If you have completed a payment but are unable to access your report due to a technical error, please contact us at investorcodex@gmail.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue.

6. Exceptions

In the event of a duplicate charge or a payment processing error, please contact us at investorcodex@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and issue a refund if a genuine error is confirmed. Refunds under this clause are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
